From Lyon Saint-Exupéry airport
Lyon Saint-Exupéry airport is about 100km from Grenoble and is the easiest way to come to IMAG. From the airport, the easiest way to reach Grenoble is to take the shuttle to Grenoble main bus station, close to the train station. There is one shuttle every hour (sometimes more) from 6am to 11pm and it takes about an hour to reach Grenoble downtown. You can purchase tickets directly at the airport or online following this link. From the bus station, go to the tram station “Grenoble gares”. Buy a tram ticket (1.50 €) and take tram B towards "Gières-Plaine des Sports". Get off at stop "Gabriel Fauré" and walk to the Bâtiment IMAG (see map above).

From Grenoble train station
Grenoble train station can be reached directly by TGV (fast train) from Paris (3 hours) and Saint-Exupéry airport (1 hour). Once at the train station, look to your right for the tramway stop “Grenoble Gares”. Buy a tram ticket (1.50 €) and take tram B towards "Gières-Plaine des Sports". Get off at stop "Gabriel Fauré" and walk to the Bâtiment IMAG (see map above).
